Arduino Meets Blender Code Release

ardmeetsshot

I'm glad I spent the time to rewrite some of this code.
The end result turned out much better. It's more responsive, doesn't crash when one of the programs goes down and handles the full range of motion from the little variable resister.

Secondly, I finally took the time to set up a code project
site to handle all of the interesting projects that
people might want to make use of. So, it really felt like
a release this time as apposed to just putting a zip file
somewhere on my site.

That's because I have docs, and downloads, and a version control management system (svn) for the release.

It's very luxurious.

Saw your blog while cruising the Processing discourse. Something about polar coords. Anyways all that to say you should drop the 12 cents on a pot that doesnt require a screwdriver. Far more luxurious

    Hello Mr. Stones,

This is a fantastic piece of software you developed. By heavily modifying it, I was able to use it to control a BGE flight sim using an accelerometer-based controller I built with the Arduino. Won me first place in an interactive art competition at my university!

I’m developing a generic version of your software to distribute to users who don’t want to muck around in the Arduino or Processing code, but I’m not sure how to deal with the LGPL. If you have any advice or conditions on what kind of license I need to use, or how I need to give you credit for the library I based my work off of, I would really appreciate it. It doesn’t feel right distributing this without making sure I’m getting the license right, but that legal jargon (and even some of the technical language) is over my head. Thanks!
