Afternoon Opportunity Cost

Second Guessing Gone Right.
I love seeing stuff like that because
I know that at the time
I'm so hesitant to change it.
I could have gotten home at 3 and kept working from then till
bedtime.
But I didn't.
Why?
The opportunity cost of living a life is important to me. In this particular case it was the pleasure of riding in the late evening. The sun was just dipping down over the horizon. The sky was that light blue I've grown so fond of. The air sparks a cool crispness in me. And I know that if I were to do my homework I would miss out on it.
Indeed, you might say that doing homework at this time has an opportunity cost of losing the chance to enjoy the evening. Since, I knew homework could be done later I knew the right choice for maximizing my enjoyment of the day was to bike out.
As it turned out, I didn't start working on anything until 8 or so
at night. This wasn't necessarily on purpose but it does remind me of the Weekly Efficiency numbers. I think taking days off like this is the difference between a 70 and 85 percent.
I'm not worried though. I know that recent discoveries have lead me to
believe I can achieve far more far faster than I thought. Its looking
like Spring break will be quite a fascinating time indeed.
